How to use it
- 1Book the same slot each week — thirty minutes is enough.
- 2Ask everyone to complete the module before the session, then use the session for discussion.
- 3Record attendance and CPD hours in the last two columns as you go.
- 4Finish week 6 by writing your own one-page AI use rules.
- 5Keep the completed sheet with your CPD or governance evidence.
Worth knowing
- The introductory programme is free and needs no card details.
- Certificates and CPD hours are available from the Academy transcript once modules are complete.
- Adapt the discussion prompts to your own real situations — generic examples change nobody's behaviour.
