These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you ("you") and Automated Governance Systems ("we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of this site, the SAMU App, the Boardroom advisor, and all other workspaces related, linked, or connected thereto.

By accessing the platforms, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using the systems and must discontinue use immediately.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property. The ALFI & EDIE design, brand guidelines, and unique user workspace components are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

AI outputs, including modeler analyses and English/Geography feedback transcripts generated by the platform, are provided "as is". Standard copyright exemptions apply to materials adapted from national GCSE standards for learning purposes.

As a condition of your use of the platforms, you agree not to:

• Input inappropriate, abusive, or explicitly harmful prompts into the coaching agents.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or access endpoints (including API paths and audio processing engines) without authorization.
• Reverse engineer, clone, or scrape the dashboard interfaces without written consent.
