Andy Wake founded Automated Governance Systems and leads the ALFI + EDIE Framework as Managing Director. He is a Chartered IT Professional and a Fellow of BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, and holds a BSc (Hons) in Information Technology.
He is accountable for the framework's governance design: the Codify, Personalise and Govern method, the decision to log agent recommendations and consent changes as reviewable governance events, and the published accessibility audit trail.
He is the named contact for questions about how the assistants make decisions, what is recorded, and how safeguarding and accessibility obligations are met.
