If you have a concern or complaint regarding how your data is collected, stored, or processed, we encourage you to contact us directly for an immediate review.

Primary Channels:

Please include your full name, a description of the data involved, and any specific interaction context (e.g. SAMU Workspace, GCSE English, or Boardroom matrix edits) to help us resolve the issue swiftly.

3. Complaint Handling & Timeline

We handle all complaints in accordance with standard corporate governance regulations:

  • Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 2 business days.
  • Investigation: Our compliance team will review technical backend logs and policies relevant to your account.
  • Resolution: A written response with our findings and corrective action (if any) will be sent within 15 business days.
