Intellectual Property Notice

The ALFI & EDIE Framework — including its software, interface design, artwork, avatars, written guidance, curriculum material, templates and the ALFI, EDIE, HELIX, SAMU and TRAC names and marks — is owned by Automated Governance Systems (AGS) or licensed to AGS by its suppliers.

Nothing on this site transfers ownership of that material to you. Your subscription grants a right to use the framework in line with our Terms of Use and Terms of Business, and nothing more.

• Use the apps, tools and templates for your own learning, teaching, governance or business purposes.
• Download, print and share the reports, action plans, certificates and exports the framework generates for you, inside your organisation.
• Quote short extracts of our public guidance with clear attribution to Automated Governance Systems and a link to the source page.

• Copy, resell, sublicense or republish the framework or substantial parts of its content as your own product or service.
• Remove or obscure attribution, copyright statements or brand marks.
• Scrape, mine or bulk-extract content, or use it to train a competing model, without written permission from AGS.
• Reverse engineer the software except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits.

You keep ownership of the material you upload or create — scenarios, evidence notes, attachments, study work, incident records and audit content. You grant AGS a limited licence to host, process and display that material so we can operate the service for you, in line with our Privacy Policy.

Where the framework generates output from your prompts and material, you are free to use that output for your own purposes, subject to the usage limits in our Terms of Business and the safeguards in our Ethical AI Policy.

Some pages reference or link to third-party curriculum, standards, statutory guidance and news sources. Those materials remain the property of their publishers and are used for reference and study only; we link to the primary source wherever we can so you can verify it.

If you believe material on this site infringes your rights, email hello@automatedgovernancesystems.com with the page address, a description of the material and the basis of your claim. We will acknowledge your report, investigate, and remove or correct anything we find to be infringing.
